I didn’t decide to do my mortgage with Zach, but his service care and support made me realise I really should have! When it’s up for renewal Zach at reeds rains will be the first person I call, I just wish I had seen him first before I sorted it out. He spoke to me about protecting myself and making sure my mortgage would be covered as well even when I had said I had sorted my mortgage elsewhere it felt like he went over and above. He really listened to what was important to me. My bank couldn't offer anything close to what he could do that’s why I went ahead with his recommendation to Aviva and I’m relieved I did. He made everything clear and easy to understand. I can’t recommend highly enough.
