Amazing branch. Lovely friendly staff. Everyone is friendly upbeat and just make you feel welcome. A modern branch with old school key values. I can Highly Recommend using this agency. I was not even a client and Alex and the team all went over and beyond to provide me with keys to a flat I purchased. I arrived late on a Saturday and they moved mountains to make keys avail to me. I am now a client, but was not at the time they did all this for me. They truly earned my business and my trust. Ellie Browne from the Hanley branch has always extremely helpful from the moment we moved into our new home. Well all I can really say is respectfully to the other workers if you go here I hope you get Ellie. First time moving and she couldn't of been more helpful, kind and just a literal delight to help me with everything. I asked so many stupid questions in via email and she answered them all, she was lovely in person at the viewing and would ring just to let me know what was happening. I've had one viewing with another agency and I honestly don't know how they're in business when people like Ellie are working for another firm.
