Excellent service. Opted for sale by Auction. Buyers attended open day on 11 March, house sold on auction the following day and for £7,000 above the asking price. Everything from Viewings, preparation of auction pack and conveyancing all arranged with Reed Rains in Preston. I found the auction option much quicker than sale through the conventional way. Legal documents scanned and signatures done via email which was great for me as I live in Kent. Absolutely excellent and first class service by the Reed Rains Branch in Preston and their Legal and Auction Teams. Customer experience outstanding. Patricia Daley

Professional and attentive service made our move a doddle and relaxed experience. I was made to feel valued and important and couldn't recommend highly enough, thank you!

Very helpful would recommend over other estates I have used. Online apps and online web statistics showing progress of sale and purchase step by step so no need to constantly chase are for updates. Very good wouldn't use another estate agents.

The City of Preston is located on the north bank of the River Ribble, and was granted city status in 2002. People enjoy living in Preston and it has been voted one of the happiest places to live in the UK. Preston is a vibrant city with lots of opportunity at its doorstep. Preston is a stone’s throw away from the stunning scenery of the Lake District, romantic atmosphere of the seaside, and bustling vibes of the big northern cities. With a population of 140,000, it’s large enough to house a diversity of cultures, and cosy enough for you to feel right at home.
