When you sell a house through Reeds Rains Ramsgate/Broadstairs, you won't pay us any Agency Fee until you complete the sale.
The Agency Fee we charge is based on a number of factors. We offer either a % fee or a fixed amount option and we will discuss this with you when we value your property. The Agency Fee will also vary if we are one of two or more agents selling the property.
