I was astounded at the continued communication, updates and services throughout the process. RR regularly called my buyer to check on progress, actively keeping me updated all the way through. No other agent I have dealt with has done this. It didn't stop things from being slightly 'glitchy' (but that's more down to the English system of buying/selling houses), but did mean I trusted their advice, and that they were all over any situation that arose. Mandy, Rebecca and Sheila (apologies if I've forgotten anyone else) were an absolute pleasure to work with, and I am SO pleased I chose Reeds Rains in Sale to sell my property.
