Great service provided by the Stanley branch team.
Both Glenn and Katie have been a of significant assistance as I ventured into the buy to let market; offering both guidance and working tirelessly to ensure the right properties were presented in consideration of my investment.
The transition across to lettings in the branch to Paige has also been a joy; her efforts in sourcing and managing new tenants have been exemplary.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the entire team; whether you are looking for an investment or looking to buy or sell your own home.
Stanley is an up and coming area with great access routes to Newcastle, Durham and Sunderland. Stanley was formerly divided into three distinct settlements — the main town of West Stanley and the mining villages of East Stanley and South Stanley. Through a process of gradual expansion, these have become amalgamated into one town, with East and South Stanley no longer officially used as town names, although they are still recognised by their old names. The village of South Moor lies to the south of the town, and more rural areas of Stanley include Dipton, Tanfield, Tanfield Lea and Tantobie which all offer stunning countryside and views. Despite this Stanley is still only a short drive away from one of the UK's largest indoor shopping centres; The Metrocentre in Gateshead.
