Having had a few valuations from different companies we decided to sell via Reeds Rains as we felt comfy and happy with the explanation of the sale process that Glenn gave.
Once an offer came in for our property we found a one that we wanted to buy that happened to be on Reeds Rains books so they actually dealt with my sale and purchase.
Our sale process didn't go exactly to plan this is when Glenn and the team stepped up and talked us through everything. At this point we started to deal with the whole team Ashleigh and Scott both kept us in the loop all the time.
Luckily our purchase went smoothly and to see the Reeds Rains team smile when you collect your keys or hand them in just shows how much they care
Costomer service is obviously very important to them all.

We instructed Reeds Rains to sell our home in Burnhope. Glenn came to do the initial valuation and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional from the outset. We achieved the price that we wanted and Ashleigh & Scott were also extremely professional while negotiating any offers and progressing our sale through to completion. We cannot thank them enough for all their hard work and direction in achieving the right price for our house. We would highly recommend Reeds Rains as an agent to anyone looking to sell their home.

Stanley is an up and coming area with great access routes to Newcastle, Durham and Sunderland. Stanley was formerly divided into three distinct settlements — the main town of West Stanley and the mining villages of East Stanley and South Stanley. Through a process of gradual expansion, these have become amalgamated into one town, with East and South Stanley no longer officially used as town names, although they are still recognised by their old names. The village of South Moor lies to the south of the town, and more rural areas of Stanley include Dipton, Tanfield, Tanfield Lea and Tantobie which all offer stunning countryside and views. Despite this Stanley is still only a short drive away from one of the UK's largest indoor shopping centres; The Metrocentre in Gateshead.
