Get Let In 6 Weeks Landlord Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is reedsrains.co.uk Limited, registered in England at 2nd Floor, Gateway 2 Holgate Park Drive, York, YO26 4GB (Company number: 02568254) (the “Promoter”).

2. From the date that your property marketing goes live on the Property Portal, the Promoter will have 6 weeks to check a tenant into your property, or you will receive a discount of £150 to your set up fee (the “Promotion”).

3. This Promotion only applies to the Set-up Fee, and is not valid with the Landlord Monthly Commission Fee or any other fees such as the Deposit Registration Fee or Inventory Fee etc. A full list of landlords fees is available on request.

4. This Promotion is not valid with any other offer or promotion and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.

5. The Promotion is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-changeable.

6. This Promotion is only valid at participating branches, a list of which can be found below.

7. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspect, void, amend or withdraw the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

8. Personal data supplied during the course of this Promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Notice.

9. You may be asked to participate in post-event publicity.

10. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
