Natalie is hands down the loveliest person, she has been so helpful from the viewing stage to the offer being accepted and onwards. I can’t thank Natalie enough for help and I would recommend her to everyone. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for her colleague Deni - hence the 4 stars as Natalie deserves 5! Deni’s approach is very cold and transactional and quite frankly rude - hopefully she can take note from Natalie going forward.

I had many viewings and they were always so friendly, accommodating and happy to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made the whole process so much easier. Fantastic experience from start to finish, sold our parents home with Kate, Natalie and Deni and they were all so supportive and knowledgeable. Kate was brilliant at the valuation and her and the girls went above and beyond for us at a very difficult time. We wouldn’t and couldn’t recommend anyone else.
