⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Exceptional service from Emily Williams – an absolute credit to Reeds Rains, Chester ** We cannot praise Emily enough for the outstanding service she has provided in finding new tenants for our property. From the moment we were advised that our current tenant would be moving out, Emily took ownership of the situation and, within just a few weeks, had successfully found us new tenants. Her enthusiasm, professionalism and determination have been evident from start to finish. What impressed us most was the level of communication. Emily kept the lines of communication open throughout the entire process, providing regular updates — often daily when needed — and ensuring we were never left wondering what was happening. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we genuinely felt that she cared about getting the right outcome for us. Having dealt with the office previously, we can confidently say that the service we have received from Emily has been by far the best we have experienced. It has been such a refreshing change to deal with someone who is so enthusiastic, proactive, approachable and genuinely willing to go that extra mile. Finding new tenants can be a worrying time for a landlord, particularly when you want to minimise the time a property is left empty, but Emily made the whole experience feel organised, positive and completely under control. Emily has completely exceeded our expectations and deserves recognition for the level of service she provides. She is a fantastic asset to Reeds Rains, and we sincerely hope her hard work, dedication and exceptional customer service are recognised. Thank you, Emily — you have made a potentially stressful situation incredibly straightforward, and we couldn't have asked for better support. **A very well-deserved five stars from us.**

Couldn’t recommend Ken,Jamie and the wider team at Reeds Rains Chester enough. They helped us secure our dream home and also sold our house after the very first viewing for over the asking price, so we couldn’t have asked for much more! They were both brilliant throughout, always keeping us updated and just making the whole process really easy from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were always there if we needed anything or had any questions. We’re now all moved in and absolutely love our new home. Massive thanks to Ken and Jamie for all your help, really appreciate everything you did for us and would definitely recommend Reeds Rains Chester to anyone buying or selling.
