I recently completed the purchase of a property via Reeds Rains. Clare had introduced me to the property and was the acting agent. This became the most protracted and difficult purchase I had experience due to boundary and legal reasons.
Throughout the whole process, Clare was the one single constant positive aspect of the purchase. She has great knowledge, boundless tenacity and incredible professionalism. Without Clare I know I wouldn't have my dream home today.
She managed all parties with great efficiency and basically gets the job done. Forever grateful to her. What an incredible asset Reeds Rains have in Clare!!

We decided to sell our property to Reeds Rains after Clare from the Chester office came to visit. She was very knowledgeable and realistic about what steps we should take to sell our house. She has already got serious buyers through our door! We have only been on the market for 2 days.
Highly recommend Reeds Rains, Clare and the team are very easy to work with, and keep you informed every step of the way.

Used Joey to sort my mortgage, being a first time buyer I couldn't have asked for a more helpful and professional adviser. Fantastic service and much better rates than going directly to the bank. Would recommend to anyone.
Chester is a picturesque city full to the brim with history and character. Situated along the river Dee, you are never too far away from a reminder that you are living in a city that has existed for over 2000 years, and it is easy to see why, even today, this city is still thriving.
