We changed from another local estate agent to Reeds Rains after experiencing a lack of communication and a number late arrivals for viewings. In fact, we had more than one instance with the previous estate agent where the viewing party had arrived 5 - 10 minutes ahead of that estate agent and were left ringing 'Ring Doorbells'. The change was immediately apparent. Roy and Andy were attentive to our needs always arrived on time for viewings. They were knowledgable about the house, the smart systems installed and conveyed the correct information to the potential purchasers. It is clear that Roy and Andy are passionate about their job and we could not recommend them highly enough. The worse thing is when the person undertaking the viewings doesn't know what they are selling or the upgrades, systems etc. that have been installed - if they are not passionate, this comes across in the viewings. This is certainly not the case with Roy and Andy, they knew the house and systems and this was portreyed accurately and with detail to potential purchasers. Roy and Andy have a positive attitude and this was apparent when the viewings were undertaken and this makes the world of difference. Communication was excellent throughout and we would without hesitation recommend them. Roy and Andy certainly went the extra mile and it was a very positive experience.
