Myself and my boyfriend dealt with Elizabeth March. She was absolutely brilliant in helping us get our offer accepted. We viewed a property advertised by 2 estate agents, one of them being reeds rains and the other being William h brown. We had no success with browns and struggled to secure what we hoped to be our future home. After discussing this further with reeds rains, who we did initially view the property with at first, it took Elizabeth a matter of hours to get this over the line for us. I have recently moved house and it was a difficult process with lots of issues that cropped up, however Tammy, Andrea, Rachel and Andy (Embrace FS) were all absolutely amazing. The whole team were the best. They all went above and beyond to support us in our move. The first sale fell through as our buyer pulled out the day before we were due to move. The whole team worked so hard to ensure that we felt supported and looked after us during this difficult time abd we sold the house again within 2 weeks. We were kept informed as to how things were progressing and Rachel and Andrea chased solicitors across the chain to drag the sale over the finishing line. They really were all brilliant, they listened to the crying, the ranting, the frustration and they supported not just us but our whole chain. They were brilliant and I can't thank them enough. I would highly recommend the team at Reeds Rains in Dinnington.
