The first person we met from Reeds Rains was Maddy who attended our property to take initial phorographs. She was very smart, polite and respectful and was willing and able to answer any queries we raised with accuracy and confidence. We went on to meet the other members of the team who are all very professional and friendly. Maddie always offers us tea/coffee when we visit the office and the team work well together to make sure our property is marketed in the best way possible. Very impressed.

We have been incredibly impressed with the service provided from Reeds Rains as a whole, they're a fantastic team. A special mention, however, has to go to Madaline, who recently visited our home to create a social media video as part of the marketing of our property, it showcased our home beautifully, highlighting it's best features in a professional and engaging way. From the beginning, she's been enthusiastic, friendly, approachable...she takes time to explain every step of the process, keeping us informed about what she's doing to maximise interest and give our property the very best chance of selling. Madaline has a lovely warmth about her that immediately puts you at ease.
