The Reeds Rains Eccleshall branch is located in heart of Eccleshall on the corner of the High Street and Stafford Street which is very convenient to access, plus parking is available outside in the parking bays which are free to use up to two hours. We offer the full range of services from selling or letting a property out, to buying or renting. Our partners Embrace Financial Services also offer mortgages and income protection, and we can also recommend panel solicitors, surveyors, and even local handyman services for property maintenance. Other companies we work with include; inventory companies, professional photographers, and companies who can provide certificates such as gas, electric, EPC and so on. But most of all the service we like to provide is overall genuine good advice about all aspects of the property industry.
First class service! Great communication at every stage of the process, extremely proactive in keeping momentum on the purchase and extremely accommodating to all of our requests. A special thank you to James who has gone above and beyond to support our family with such a big life changing decision and finding our dream new home in Eccleshall. 5 star!

Having sold 2 of our previous properties with Reeds Rain, were still taken by the professionalism and enthusiasm of their service! Now letting our properties through them, and achieving both fast and reliable tenants 5* is an understatement. Couldn’t recommend them more. Thank You NJ and Team!

Now settled in our new home and can't thank Reeds Rains, Eccleshall enough for their excellent service during the purchase. A big thank you to Louise for all her help. Would recommend the company to anyone, they provide a thorough and professional service.
Eccleshall sits at the heart of Staffordshire, situated between County Town of Stafford and the Market town of Stone, Eccleshall boasts a history dating back as early as the 7th Century. In its heyday Eccleshall was a coach and horses town on the Chester run, and going back even further, history books record a skirmish here with the Royalists and Oliver Cromwell.
