After weeks of searching for a rental and dealing with other agents who didn't turn up for viewings, this was a completely different experience. Tracey was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She kept me updated every step of the way, was always friendly, approachable and incredibly accommodating. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she genuinely went out of her way to help make everything as smooth as possible. The whole process was so quick and efficient. Within just a few days of viewing the apartment, everything had been confirmed and sorted. Tracey even arranged another viewing after everything was agreed so I could take measurements and plan what I wanted for the apartment, which I really appreciated. Finding and securing a place can be stressful, but Tracey made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you so much for all your help!
