Just wanted to say a huge thanks to Tracey and the team at Reeds Rains Lisburn for the excellent service and professionalism that I received regarding their managed letting service that they offer. They made the whole process very easy, responded quickly to any queries and questions that I had and I would highly recommend them.

Simon was so super in helping us to sell our house. I met with five different estate agents and Reeds were head and shoulders above the rest from day one. Simon spent time telling us about buying trends in the market, property prices and what to expect in the process. We had sale agreed within a week and a half!
Great experience and would highly recommend.
The property market in Lisburn is strong, and demand is consistently strong for all property types. There is an excellent mix of residential property on offer including a large selection of new homes suited to both first time buyers and families alike. The average house price for Lisburn is just over £180,000 and it would be one of the strongest performing markets in Northern Ireland as a whole in recent years in terms of house price growth.
