My partner and I had been looking for a house for months, with no luck and we were starting to feel incredibly disheartened. When we saw a house for rent on Reeds Rains, we decided to book a viewing. Tracey was so helpful, she booked us in right away, set a date and time and talked us through the application process - it was all so simple!! She constantly kept me in the loop, which is brilliant when you're on edge about whether you will get picked or not and even now we are in the house, Tracey is always quick to respond to my emails if I have any questions. All in all, our experience with Reeds Rains was fabulous, we couldn't have asked for better :)

We know Lisburn
The property market in Lisburn is strong, and demand is consistently strong for all property types. There is an excellent mix of residential property on offer including a large selection of new homes suited to both first time buyers and families alike. The average house price for Lisburn is just over £180,000 and it would be one of the strongest performing markets in Northern Ireland as a whole in recent years in terms of house price growth.
