There was no whizzing about each room barely noticing but genuine interest which meant a lot to me. The company brochures are good quality and fees very competitive.

Renting has changed compared to 2016, the referencing company - legalforlandlords expects you to supply employer referee contacts(all fields marked mandatory) for financial reference instead of the good old payslips + employment contract, but at some point they will contact you to upload these to complete and close off the reference checks. So far so good, looking forward to moving into the property soon.
