Absolutely outstanding experience from valuation through to sale. I was won over by the professional and caring conversation from Cairn about the valuation as there was so hard sales pitch just an honest and open conversation. Michelle was extremely friendly throughout the process when she took our calls and Michael who saw us through the sale and onward purchase truly went above and beyond to chase solicitors on both sides and he made us feel supported all the way through. Choosing an estate agent can be very daunting and I am so glad we went with Reeds Rains it was worth every penny to get that premium customer experience.

We bought a house from Reeds Rains morley and Micheal was the one dealing with it. He was absolutely amazing, it was a long 15 weeks process but Michael tried his best between Solicitors to get things finalised. Nothing was too much and I could ring and email as much as I wanted and he was happy to assist in anyway possible. Definitely the best, friendliest, most helpful estate agent I've ever used.
