Will start by saying that the 4+ rating these guys have is no joke! Was an absolute pleasure buying my first home with Reeds Rains Morley. Rachel Clark and her team were super friendly and keen to deliver a quick transaction. Always available and not a single email went without reply. Special mention for Ryan Cullen who is an in-house mortgage adviser who's with Embrace Financial Services Ltd. Made things a million times easier for me and gave me plenty of peace of mind as a first time buyer. He was very patient with all my questions and kept checking in with me to see how things were going. Definitely worth hiring for peace of mind, sound and friendly advice! For the benefit of any first time buyers out there, here's a list of milestones with dates to give you an idea as to how long things looked for me; Deal stats: Small 2 bed flat (leasehold) with buyer and seller not being in chains respectively. Morley is a historic market town and civil parish within the City of Leeds in West Yorkshire. It lies approx five miles south-west of Leeds City Centre and is made of Morley North and Morley South.
