We sold and purchased our houses through Reeds Rains between September 2024 till July 2025. Our straight forward sale somehow experienced few drawbacks, firstly by some time wasting buyers in the beginning. When we received a firm offer from our first serious buyer, she lost her own buyers twice which meant our sale were back to square one, while our purchase was ready for exchange. During that time Matt and Steve in the Portishead branch has worked very hard to get us back onto the market for a sale again. This time round Steve had found us a first time buying couples who were just as keen to move as us. However, toward the final stage up till the exchanges we had experienced various issues again and this time Steve had work extremely hard to liaise with all of the solicitors and finally got us all move to our new houses. My experienced with Reeds Rains Portishead branch had been positive and although there were set back in the process, the team had always been very professional and worked hard for us to achieve our sale and purchase our new dream house, thank you.
