What can we say? We first contacted Reeds Rains around two years ago, and from the moment we met Emily, she understood exactly what we needed. We initially listed our property just as interest rates began to rise and the market slowed, so with all the uncertainty we decided to take our home off the market until conditions improved. The trust we built with Reeds Rains never wavered, and when we finally decided to sell, we chose them again because we knew they would deliver. Our home sold within the first week of being listed — job done. Absolutely not! Through regular contact, Lauren and Emily managed our chain with authority, honesty, politeness, and professionalism. From daily updates and chasing solicitors to picking up the slack from other estate agents and keeping everyone on track, they were outstanding. There were points where our sale could have collapsed, but Emily and Lauren stepped in and kept everything moving. Moving home doesn’t have to be stressful.
