We were talked through everything at every stage, options were presented in clear ways and advice was given soundly. With every phone call, suggestion and discussion, we were treated in a manner that is easily the amongst the highest quality of service and support I have experienced. Their phone call handlers in Widnes and St. Helens are exceptional and when we met Alan (from the St Helens team) for a house showing, a warmer, nicer individual you'd go a long way to find. Emily, Jane, Jen, I wish I could remember all the individuals, but each and every one was a credit to the business.
