I’d recommend Reeds Rains in Warrington; purely because they are certainly very driven and aggressive in their approach. This can occasionally mean you (as both a seller or buyer) can be spoken to a little abruptly by some at RR, but this is largely forgivable because they do chase the goal for all involved- rather than some other local agents who (despite the initial sales speeches) seem to do virtually nothing once all the paperwork’s signed!
