We have just recently completed on buying a property through Reeds Rains, and I just wanted to highlight how fantastic Andrea at Stockton was throughout the whole process. We first approached Andrea with our interest in a property before we had even sold our own home, and from that very first point of contact, her service has been exceptional. She has been incredibly supportive, proactive, and always willing to help. Andrea kept in regular contact with us regarding the progress of our own house sale, while also communicating with the family selling the property we were hoping to buy. This made what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable and reassuring. My case took a long time to complete (through no fault of the estate agency whatsoever) but Andrea was incredibly patient, supportive, and professional from start to finish. Just want to say a huge thank you to Abbie and the rest of the team at Hartburn branch. Abbie has helped us from start to finish with selling our property. No question was ever too much of a problem - regardless of how frequent they were!! and if she didn't know the answer to our query, she would always endeavour to find out for us. Abbie has been really friendly, helpful and supportive throughout the entire process, taking away so much of the stress involved with moving house.
