With our Mum's house having been empty while on the market, Reeds Rains have been just fantastic about keeping an eye on it - checking every week, letting us know when the roof lost some chunks (gulp!), recommending someone to fix it and essentially managing the property and giving us that peace of mind. All while obviously doing their core job of showing buyers round keeping us up to date with viewings and feedback, advising on price and hand-holding through the actual sale. Would happily recommend.
