Absolutely fantastic experience, and without doubt the reason why my move was completed in time, Jess was exceptional with how much effort and time she put into keeping me informed, and every phone call and message felt personal and unscripted which was very refreshing. I really can’t sing her praises enough, we are eternally thankful!

Jess came along and we were blown away with her attention to detail and knowledge. We sold our property on the first visit. Our chain was only 3 when we were ready to complete she was all over it, chased solicitors (lower down the chain) and the other estate agents. She was very patient, professional and went above and beyond. She gave us advise on selling, pricing and even advised us on the property we bought through another agency. Again kept us upto date on everything, she did more for us than the agent we bought off. Our buyer said she did more for him in 3 weeks than his own estate agent in 6 months. I would definitely go back to Jess again if I was to move, she is amazing and so helpful and kept us calm in a very stressful situation. Every agency needs a Jess. Thank you so much Jes
