Having recently been looking at moving into the Wrexham area I stopped off at reeds and rains where I met a young lady named Sophie, and what a joy it was such a helpful polite well mannered young lady she really couldn’t do enough to make my experience as easy and relaxed as possible she’s a credit to her employer and when the time comes for my eldest to move out I hope Sophie is still available to help us.

Through Silas at Reeds Rains Wrexham I have now sold my house 7 years ago, parents 5 years and only last week, my sister's non standard build property. The latter proved a difficult prospect but Silas and his team prevailed. My experience comes from a place full of gratitude in the sense that I was very new to the country and unfamiliar with any of the processes to get housing...I remember the shock realizing that just because I viewed a house and looked excited during the view didn't mean I would get that house...I was in that disappointment era when I met Silas and he listened and although he made me understand the decision lay solely on the landlord he assured me he would do what was in his power...he kept that word. All our concerns and needs were always met with understanding and promptness as long as it was within their capacity. These last few months were the most stressful as we were looking for our next property to move in and for the number of times I panicked being on a notice to vacate and spoke with Sophie Webster she was always patient and understanding rendering all possible help and suggestions on how to go about the house search and what options we had...We would have loved to continue dealing with Reeds and Rains but our new house came through a different agency but we're ever grateful for all the support through the 4years we had at Caxton Place. Highly recommend
