Karen Knight was my point of contact, she was fantastic, kept me in the loop, returned my calls, emailed me with the correct information and documentation. Karen was always open, honest and transparent with me throughout. Karen explained everything clearly so I knew what was happening and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process, which really helps at one of the most stressful times of life.
