I selected this agent because they are local, know the market well, and had great reviews. I was administering my dad’s estate and had his house to sell. I was very impressed with the service I received from Karis and Luke. They provided a good valuation and advice on how to have it ready to market. They were available for any advice I had about the process as I had some maintenance issues with the property to resolve. Their communication was fantastic with any viewings and feedback from these, taking charge of the viewings for me. Once a buyer was found they also helped negotiate a price and communicated with the conveyancing solicitors on my behalf. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends.
