This instant house valuation tool can provide an estimated price on how much your house is worth. By using data from the land registry, Reeds Rains can give you an estimate on a sale value and how much rent you could expect on your property.

How does an online house valuation work?
Firstly, you select whether you want a sales, or rental valuation and then simply enter the postcode of your property, the house number, and how many bedrooms the property has. We will then collect your contact details to send you the valuation details.

How do we get the house value?
Once we have checked the postcode and other details provided by you with the land registry data, we will show you an estimated valuation on screen immediately and send you an email with the details.

How accurate is the online house valuation?
Pretty accurate, however, for a more accurate valuation we recommend that you arrange an in-person property valuation with one of our expert local estate agents. The details of the local agent in your area will be on your online valuation report.
