Throughout what has been an incredibly stressful, lengthy and at times overwhelming property sale, Hayley Mackridge has been nothing short of exceptional. Her kindness, compassion, professionalism and unwavering dedication have been an absolute lifeline to me. From the very beginning, Hayley has gone above and beyond anything I could reasonably have expected. She has guided me through difficult moments, patiently answered my endless questions, offered reassurance when I desperately needed it and, most importantly, made me feel that I wasn’t facing everything alone. Most recently, when an unexpected issue arose concerning the replacement of a fire door, I genuinely felt at my wits’ end. Hayley immediately stepped in, reassured me that everything could be resolved and took the initiative to find a local contractor, arrange the necessary work and ensure that the most economical suitable option was sourced without compromising the required fire-safety standards. True to her word, the door has now been successfully fitted, and yet another enormous obstacle has been overcome! I will never forget one particular telephone conversation when, completely overwhelmed by the stress of the sale, I burst into tears. Hayley responded with such genuine warmth, patience and understanding. That moment alone speaks volumes about the wonderful person she is. What makes Hayley so special is that she doesn’t simply see a property transaction or another client. She genuinely cares about the people she is helping. Her dedication extends far beyond her professional responsibilities, and her willingness to take ownership of problems and find solutions is remarkable. I honestly don’t believe I could have navigated this process without her. Hayley is an absolute gem, a tremendous asset to Reeds Rains Blackpool and, quite simply, one of the kindest and most conscientious professionals I have had the pleasure of dealing with.
