The sale was a probate sale of a house that had been in the family for over 70 years and they made a potentially difficult and upsetting process feel straight forward. Dea is brilliant at her job, knows the local market inside out and secured solid and proceedable offers very quickly despite a slowing market. All our queries were answered quickly, we were kept up to date throughout and Dea and Neldie did a brilliant job of liaising between us and the buyers, keeping everyone up to date during probate registry delays. I had recently completed on a tricky apartment sale that has just completed remediation works. Reeds Rains were quick to get photos and put it on the market, with great market intel to attract quite a few viewings. Once the legal process commenced, Laura Croft from the Manchester sales team was great at managing correspondence between myself and the buyer.
