Selling your house with Reeds Rains

I have had a very difficult time lately and needed somewhere to live, am I glad i went to Reeds Rains (Prescot). The service and support from Kirsty and Adele was first class. They got me through this and into a lovely rental in record time and I am ready now to move on in life. A massive heartfelt thank you ladies for all your support and putting up with my impatient phone calls. Carry on what your doing.

We talked to a couple of estate agents for a no-obligation estimate for selling our house. The guidance given by James was very professional and knowledgeable of the current market situation. I felt completely at ease and confident that Reeds Rains were the right agents to sell our house. We were lucky to find a buyer almost immediately at a price that we were very happy with. The whole process was well managed with good levels of communication. I know that staff at Reeds Rains worked hard behind the scenes on our sale and facilitated communications for our onward rental and future purchase which is above and beyond their remit. They are a great team and clearly enjoy their work. I must give a special mention to Clare who deals with the tough rental market, who went above and beyond to help with finding a rental property as we hadn’t found the right property to purchase before completion. We cannot praise them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Karen knight was very helpful and there on the phone whenever I needed assistance and gave assurance when things went wrong with our chain. Everything was done very professionally and we sold our house in the end very smoothly. Steve the manager once again was a star and the photos and write up read very well. He came down a second time to take more photos of the garden as was now in full bloom and no more monies or additional charges were made. All done very professionally and quickly.
