Sally carried out the valuation of our property and made a very strong first impression with her clear understanding of the market and a refreshingly practical approach. She offered thoughtful, well-judged suggestions on how to prepare the house and position it effectively to achieve the best possible price, which we found extremely helpful. The photography provided by the agency was excellent – very professional photos and drone shots – and the property was on the main portals very quickly, which made a big difference early on. Viewings were organised efficiently and professionally, with good communication throughout, so the whole process felt smooth and well managed. After accepting an offer, we used the conveyancer and solicitors recommended by the agency and were very happy with them – efficient, responsive, and quick. Sam became our primary liaison throughout the process and was genuinely exceptional. She kept us consistently and clearly informed at every stage, stayed proactive rather than reactive, and followed things up relentlessly. When our chain unfortunately collapsed twice for reasons entirely beyond the agent’s control, she worked tirelessly to keep everything moving, offered reassurance, and went well above what we would normally expect. Her commitment and professionalism made a stressful situation far easier to manage, and we always felt supported and well represented. Despite those setbacks, the team remained calm, supportive, and solution-focused throughout. We felt well looked after at every stage and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling/buying their property.

The whole team at Reeds Rains have been wonderful, especially Jamie was absolutely amazing throughout our house-buying process. She was professional yet very approachable, which made a long and sometimes challenging process so much easier. Jamie consistently kept us up to date, was very assertive when needed, and helped push things along by constantly checking in and making sure everything was progressing as it should.
