Exceptional experience viewing and securing a successful offer on a house we are now buying, by Daisy the agent at the Holmes Chapel office. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional, with a lovely manner. She had clearly researched the property well and was able to offer informed insight into features and aspects we wouldn’t have possibly identified without her input and she answered all our questions confidently and reassuringly. She was very approachable and got the right balance between marketing but still allowing us space to discuss privately as we viewed. I find some agents too ‘full on’ in this respect and it’s really off putting.
