Holmes Chapel is a beautiful village with around 6000 residents, located approximately a mile from junction 18 on the M6 motorway network and a railway station that provides direct access to Manchester and Stoke-On-Trent. Dating back to the 1800's the village was mainly self-sufficient and still enjoys a strong farming community in and around the local areas. Over the past few decades the village has grown in popularity and now benefits from a highly rated secondary school, primary schools, award winning public houses and locally owned shops all adding welcoming feel this pleasant village has to offer. Holmes Chapel and the surrounding areas offer a more rural environment than nearby urban locations. Coupled with its excellent commuter links, demand in the local market has remained very positive and as such property prices remain strong. There is a good mix of property available from large family homes to the more modestly priced properties for first time buyers.
