I would like to personally endorse the professionalism of Mrs Rachel Eardley. From putting the house on the market, arranging viewings for us along with prospective buyers, was absolutely stress free. She always had all the information to hand and was extremely at prompt at returning calls. Nothing was too much trouble I would definitely use Reeds Rains in the future and ask that Rachel takes care of our future property interest.

Hello - this is Rachel Cummins (apologies I only have a work Google account). Just a quick note to say how fantastic the whole team at Reeds Rains has been helping me to sell my flat - particularly Rachel and Paul. It was quite challenging due to my relocation and problems with the Council but they were both amazing - guided me every step of the way and were always so positive throughout. Felt like I had two new friends! I'd definitely recommend their services. Thanks!

Holmes Chapel is a beautiful village with around 6000 residents, located approximately a mile from junction 18 on the M6 motorway network and a railway station that provides direct access to Manchester and Stoke-On-Trent. Dating back to the 1800's the village was mainly self-sufficient and still enjoys a strong farming community in and around the local areas. Over the past few decades the village has grown in popularity and now benefits from a highly rated secondary school, primary schools, award winning public houses and locally owned shops all adding welcoming feel this pleasant village has to offer. Holmes Chapel and the surrounding areas offer a more rural environment than nearby urban locations. Coupled with its excellent commuter links, demand in the local market has remained very positive and as such property prices remain strong. There is a good mix of property available from large family homes to the more modestly priced properties for first time buyers.
