We dealt with Dawn from the outset and found her to be professional, proactive and realistic, she advised us well and was enthusiastic, with lots of ideas and suggestions. Our sale was extremely swift, Dawn kept us informed throughout and was very approachable. We were very impressed with the service and would definitely recommend.

Can't thank Mollie and the rest of the staff at Reeds Rains Burnley enough for their help and services used recently. From viewing to closing they've been nothing but a pleasure to work with.
And as if Mollie hadn't done enough with providing frequent updates through email and voicemail as not to wake me up after long night shifts, she even took the time to offer alternatives to any problems I might have had and helped overcome them.
Thank you again Mollie, and thank you Reeds Rains for making this a smooth, hassle free move.

A lovely lady called dawn helped us to get a property we fell in love with! Definitely the best service, the most lovely lady and definitely deserves recognition for her good work! Couldn’t be happier!
Burnley is an old mill town full of natural beauty, and its location on the fringe of Pendle Hill boasts fabulous far reaching views and many historical, beautiful buildings, such as Towneley Hall with its acres of surrounding parkland, the Elizabethan Gawthorpe Hall otherwise known as 'The Downton of the North' and is home to the infamous 'Singing Ringing Tree' - a sound sculpture powered only by the wind. An exciting long awaited addition due to open shortly is the direct rail link to Manchester.
