Dawn, Molly & Rachel (x2) all worked tremendously hard to help with our recent purchase of two properties. They were patient & understanding when we came across some issues on a survey, but equally kept chasing updates so both ourselves & the sellers could see things were moving as quick as possible. Dawn was excellent to deal with, straightforward & clearly very experienced. Reeds Rains Burnley have a great team that I'd happily use again, as a buyer or seller. Thank you ladies!!

Burnley is an old mill town full of natural beauty, and its location on the fringe of Pendle Hill boasts fabulous far reaching views and many historical, beautiful buildings, such as Towneley Hall with its acres of surrounding parkland, the Elizabethan Gawthorpe Hall otherwise known as 'The Downton of the North' and is home to the infamous 'Singing Ringing Tree' - a sound sculpture powered only by the wind. An exciting long awaited addition due to open shortly is the direct rail link to Manchester.
