Being new to the complexities of property letting we chose Reeds Raines of Burnley to help us, chosing their 'fully managed' option. Phil Simpson, the lettings manager, has been brilliant, answering our many questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner. He is always on the ball when we contact him, giving us total confidence and piece of mind, from finding tenants through to settling them in. Very impressed. Update, we had a problem with Octopus Energy. They sent us the final bill when a tenant left, which should have been forwarded to the tenant. Trying to get Octopus to acknowledge this and use actual figures instead of estimated ones was a nightmare, involving debt collection agencies, who harrassed us for payment. After weeks of this I contacted Phil Simpson of Reeds Raines. He contacted Octopus and after a 45 minute phone call the matter was sorted. Phil is always brilliant in supporting us and we'll worth the cost of the fully managed service. Cheers Phil.

Really positive experience from start to finish. Dawn was informative, honest and realistic from the beginning, always on it and kept everything moving and me updated throughout. Harriet in the office was also lovely, always helpful and there whenever I needed to call. They stayed on top of everything the whole way through and kept things moving through a lengthy sale (through no fault of theirs!). Would definitely recommend!
