As I was unaware of the Estate Agents in Kenilworth I chose Reeds Rains to do the valuation on my Mother's house as she had seen a property marketed by Reeds Rains and went to view it.
Sadly this was not the property for her, but it did mean we were introduced to Susan Harrison and Jake Bhopal.Susan was pleasant courteous at all times and went out of her way to make the selling experience for me and my Mother very stress free and actually enjoyable!
Communication at all times from both Susan, Jake and Megan was excellent. I have to also commend Jake who built the sale around my mother's wishes and did everything he could to ensure she was not bothered unnecessarily. In this day and age where Estate Agents are in a competitive market this is quite a skill.
So thank you for a great selling experience and I will definitely be recommending you in the future to all my contacts in Kenilworth.

I just wanted to extend my sincere thanks to Susan Harrison, Sales Negotiator at the Kenilworth office, for such a pleasant purchase experience.
Susan was my point of contact from initial viewing, throughout the offer stage and has continued to keep me updated during the remainder of the purchase.
Susan was nothing other than efficient, polite, professional and courteous for the entire process.
Many thanks and she is a credit to Reeds Rains.

Jay's mortgage advise was extremely helpful and great. I cannot imagine I was able to buy a flat without Jay. He understood and sorted out all my requirements and situation really well, so all process went well thanks to Jay.
I'm happy enough to work with Jay, thank you.
Kenilworth is one of the most desirable places to live within the whole of Warwickshire. This small, historical town is surrounded by green belt land, which attracts buyers from all over the country to enjoy its heritage. Kenilworth has a stunning castle and Elizabethan gardens which are one of the many reasons to live in Kenilworth, the people of the town are lucky enough to have a diverse range of Independent shops, cafes and restaurants which makes a visit to the town something you’ll want to do again and again. The beautiful 70 acre Abbey Fields, which includes picnic areas, a lake, a leisure centre, tennis courts, and in the Summer 2013 a children’s playground was opened which has become very popular within the local community.
