Reeds Rains Leyland have been a great team to deal with while selling our house. Nicole was wonderful at finding a buyer and then keeping us updated throughout the process. Thanks to Lisa and Chris for their help too.

Lisa and the team at Reeds Rains Leyland worked extremely hard to sell our house for us in only a matter of weeks. Great communication as the sale prpgressed, nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend.

I cant thank the manager Lisa enough.
She was the 1st agent we got for a valuation. Unfortunately and regrettably we decided to go with another agent at the time. After a few months with not much happening we swapped to another agent (with the hopes of buying 1 of their listings). Throughout the next 6months we had lots of viewings and some early silly offers. I was deliberating changing to Lisa when finally after 9months we got a buyer and we proceeded to buy 1 of Lisa's listings. Throughout all this time Lisa was very proactive and kept in contact with me every month (more than the previous 2 agents). She was a tremendous help and support especially on that last week of 'exchange' and the morning of the move. She was the only professional of my side of the 4person chain to chase things up and showed her concern for us. I already recommended her to other people. I don't plan on ever moving but if I did I would want Lisa. Also thanks to the other colleagues who I spoke to in the branch.
The friendly market town of Leyland combines its history with a vibrant town surrounded by beautiful countryside. It is best known for Leyland motors, founded in 1895, once the 5th largest producer of trucks and buses in the world. The town is now a commuter village with easy access to the Preston, Manchester and Liverpool. Leyland was also recently voted one of the top ten friendliest places to live in Britain. Many people stay in Leyland their whole lives. Others move here due to the fantastic motorway and transport links that the town provides. The schools have good reputations and major cities such as Preston, Liverpool and Manchester are easily accessible.
