The market town of Leyland is situated at Junction 28 of the M6 and you can find Reeds Rains Leyland on the main street of Hough Lane, opposite the entrance to the Leyland market. There is ample parking on the high street and nearby car parks. Leyland is also accessible by train with the town one stop away from the City of Preston. Here at the Leyland office we deal with all aspects of property sales and rentals. Please feel free to call in and one of our helpful team will be happy to help.
The staff here were wonderful, they went above and beyond to help us buy our first home, answering any and all of the many questions that we had. In particular, Chris Costello, our mortgage advisor was brilliant. He kept in touch throughout the whole process, gave us expert advice and followed up with us, making it a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend.

I used Reeds Reeds to sell my house on Albert Road, to move to Malta, I had NEVER ever sold a house before. Lisa was re-assuring and guided me through the process. The team were on hand to help me whenever I popped in, always a friendly face to help. Safe to say I won't be back in Leyland BUT if any one ever asked me I would be recommending REEDS RAINS.

Thank you so much for great job you did selling my house, all the best for the new year. Angela - Dunkirk Lane, Leyland
The friendly market town of Leyland combines its history with a vibrant town surrounded by beautiful countryside. It is best known for Leyland motors, founded in 1895, once the 5th largest producer of trucks and buses in the world. The town is now a commuter village with easy access to the Preston, Manchester and Liverpool. Leyland was also recently voted one of the top ten friendliest places to live in Britain. Many people stay in Leyland their whole lives. Others move here due to the fantastic motorway and transport links that the town provides. The schools have good reputations and major cities such as Preston, Liverpool and Manchester are easily accessible.
