If you are looking to sell or let your property in Macclesfield, then please call our branch for a free valuation of the property - you never know, we might have let or sold it previously!
I would recommend Reeds Rains to anyone thinking of buying or selling their house. My parents recently sold their house and had a really good experience from beginning to end. We felt as though the property was priced correctly, the photos were excellent, showing the property to it's full potential. They even showed the property to potential buyers and were very professional and knowledgeable especially when negotiating the sale price. During the progression of the sale, Zoe and the team at Reeds Rains were in constant contact, keeping us updated every step of the way, taking all the stress out of what can be an extremely stressful time. Well done Reeds Rains for a job well done!!

Reed Rains Like many services and facilities in life, you can choose top, middle and cheap. We chose Reed Rains due to our previous experience, which was faultless and positive, much like our recent sale. We are a modern family, we adopt and use technology daily to make life simple, but make no mistake, when you are dealing with the biggest life purchase, apps and dashboards can't replace a person and excellent customer services. We used a chargeable monitoring system, which was nice and kept us updated surrounding the progression of our sale, but when it comes to feedback and issues, you must be able to communicate with a person and not just send an email or message. Read Rains excel in customer service and communication and in my opinion, our sale was so smooth because of their customer focus / services. If you want to speak with a Manager of the branch or any other employee, it’s no problem, you can. I wrote multiple emails, all of which were responded to in a reasonable timescale with the information and support requested. I also received calls with issues and problems, but also just to ask, “how are things going?” “Can we do anything to help”. The service received fundamentally supported a less stressful sale. We also had some minor issues; which Solicitors were not interested in resolving and again, therefore a dedicated estate agent is better than a web portal which is either free or considerably cheaper. Read Rains bridged the seller, buyer, legal and other services to ensure the sale took place on time and that all parties were happy. I would also recommend the additional premium price for pictures of your home when selling, the marginal fee may seem a wasted expense, but I can’t really comment on that as our recent home sold in 3 days on the 1st viewing and our previous home in a week. Maybe it's just luck or magic, or it could be a professional service, excellent pictures and a great understanding of the housing market, I’ll leave that for you to decide! Thanks for the excellent and speedy services, keep up the good work. Mr & Mrs Gould

Fantastic customer service and support. The team work really well together in this branch, they went above and beyond to assist me the best they could. I know it was not an easy sell, but all the staff were always super friendly, and the service we received from Zoe was faultless!

Macclesfield is a market town within the borough of Cheshire East, and the county of Cheshire. Macclesfield, like many other areas in Cheshire, is considered to be a relatively affluent town. Macclesfield has a main line train station, a town centre with plenty of character, beautiful countryside and a canal nearby and good local schools, both public and private.
