The guidance from James to make my property more appealing for sale and the advertising lead to multiple offers, and my house was under offer within a couple of weeks. There were many hurdles to overcome during the process of the sale, but with Sue at the helm we were able to overcome them. She was brilliant through the whole process going above and beyond, dealing with the solicitors, mortgage lenders and buyers. The service from beginning to end was excellent and I would definitely recommend 100%.
