From the beginning they were professional and well prepared, with a good understanding of the local market. My sale was quite straightforward as I did not have a chain, however it proceeded very quickly and from putting my property on the market to completing on the sale was only 10 weeks (including Christmas!). The team offered helpful advice on the process and were excellent in providing prompt, and constructive, feedback after each visit.
