Our offices, which opened in 2004, are based in the Southern Gateway area of the city centre close to the infamous former Hacienda venue. The lettings and property management office can be found at 29 Whitworth Street West whilst the residential sales office is next door at 33, which incorporates a mortgage centre and can offer advice from our partners Embrace Financial Services. Located approximately ¼ mile from Oxford Road train station and Deansgate Castlefield Metrolink station, the office in conveniently situated with pay and display parking bays available to the front. The branch is managed by Greg Davies who first started with Reeds Rains in 2001.
The branch covers the following areas; all of the City Centre including, the Southern Gateway, Piccadilly, Castlefield, Northern Quarter, New Islington, Ancoats, University areas, the Greenquarter, Spinningfields and Deansgate along with the immediate suburbs including, Hulme and Beswick. In addition we cover many suburbs surrounding the city including; Cheetham Hill, Moston, Blackley, Miles Platting, Harpurhey, Failsworth, Openshaw and beyond.
