Our offices, which opened in 2004, are based in the Southern Gateway area of the city centre close to the infamous former Hacienda venue. The lettings and property management office can be found at 29 Whitworth Street West whilst the residential sales office is next door at 33, which incorporates a mortgage centre and can offer advice on all aspects of buying and selling. Located approximately ¼ mile from Oxford Road train station and Deansgate Castlefield Metrolink station, the office in conveniently situated with pay and display parking bays availlable to the front. The branch is managed by Greg Davies who first started with Reeds Rains in 2001.
Reeds Rains Manchester had given us an exception service, one that far exceeded any expectations. By far the best agency we have had interactions with thus far. We were kept up to date constantly, making sure we're in the loop every step of the way which gave us peace of mind. Our lettings co-ordinator Cathrine was polite, very thorough and yet she made sure we knew about the important aspects of this process. For this, we are very thankful to her and the rest of the team.

Really efficiently got my partner and I into our new flat, which is perfect for our needs. There are a few maintenance teething problems as with most move-ins but when reported we got an appointment to have them fixed confirmed very quickly. Reeds Rains Insurance services were also really useful, especially for people like my partner and myself who are living outside of student properties for the first time. Very happy :)

Have been using Reeds Rains full management service for almost a year now, from letting to securing tenants to answering questions, they have been very helpful. Never had to wait long for a call back or response. Always helpful on the phone, I would recommend them to anyone looking to let or rent a property. Would also like to thank Ashley L for making my day earlier this week, she went the extra mile, helping me arrange appointments, kept me in the loop etc... :-)
Keep up the good works guys! Thank you again.
