Reeds Rains Estate Agents Manchester

Our offices, which opened in 2004, are based in the Southern Gateway area of the city centre close to the infamous former Hacienda venue. The lettings and property management office can be found at 29 Whitworth Street West whilst the residential sales office is next door at 33, which incorporates a mortgage centre and can offer advice from our partners Embrace Financial Services. Located approximately ¼ mile from Oxford Road train station and Deansgate Castlefield Metrolink station, the office in conveniently situated with pay and display parking bays available to the front. The branch is managed by Greg Davies who first started with Reeds Rains in 2001.

The branch covers the following areas; all of the City Centre including, the Southern Gateway, Piccadilly, Castlefield, Northern Quarter, New Islington, Ancoats, University areas, the Greenquarter, Spinningfields and Deansgate along with the immediate suburbs including, Hulme and Beswick. The good news too is that, based our success, we’ve also expanded our territory further north into the M8, M9 and M40 postcode areas incorporating; Cheetham Hill, Moston, Blackley, Newton Heath Miles Platting and Harpurhey areas to name a few – meaning we can help even more customers with their property needs.

I would like to say a big thank you to the Reed Rain team for their service. I also like to take this opportunity to say thank you to Joe Talyor, who went above and beyond for helping me with filling out the form and was always there when I need help. I would thoroughly recommend it!!

Although still early days, my experience as a landlord using Reeds Rains has been great so far. The communication from the whole team (especially Joe, Becca, Aky & Sid) has been super speedy, very helpful and friendly throughout. They marketed my property well and found me a number of potential tenants very quickly. The tenant move in process has been smooth. The fee structure has been totally transparent. Hopefully this great service continues for months and years to come.

We know Manchester

Manchester is a city in the county of Greater Manchester. It has a population of 2.55 million and is the third-most visited city in the UK by foreign visitors, after London and Edinburgh. People who visit Manchester enjoy its architecture, culture, music scene, media links, and sports clubs. Manchester is proud to have built the world’s first railways inter-city passenger station and is the place where Ernest Rutherford’s atomic research first split the atom.
