Reed Rains have been managing my flat for about 3 years now. I've had 2 previous rental agencies in Manchester city centre, and can easily say Ryan, Anelka and the rest of the team have always been the best rental management group I've had looking after the flat. They make sure issues are dealt with quickly for my tenants. That renewals are completed efficiently and that I have good consistent tenants. Something the previous 2 companies didn't do to my detriment (in terms of rental income issues and damage to my flat).
