I've recently been looking to purchase a flat and my experience with Reeds Rains Estate Agents has been very positive and friendly. I've had the help and assistance from Francesca and Greg and they have been professional and supportive in conducting the viewing, placing an offer and providing updates thereon. The communication has been timely through email and phone and they've helped explain things in a very clear and simple manner throughout the process whilst keeping me updated with the next steps. While trying to find a solicitor, they recommended a good and reputable firm which I ended up going with, so that has been helpful too.
