Francesca has been really helpful throughout, from both my first and second viewings to helping with the offer and negotiations. She was really informative at both viewings. As a first time buyer I had a lot of questions and she made sure I was confident leaving the viewings with my questions answered. Also I never felt rushed. She was also really helpful during offer negotiations and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. Communication has been great throughout too.
