Reeds Rains Estate Agents Salford Quays City Living
Our Salford Quays City Living office opened in 2010 is located on Anchorage Quay just off the waterfront at the Quays itself and is situated close to Media City, the Lowry Theatre and the Lowry Outlet Mall. Our services include residential sales, lettings, property management and mortgage advice from our partners Embrace Financial Services. The office is directly opposite Anchorage Metrolink station and a car park. The branch is managed by Greg Davies who first started with Reeds Rains in 2001.
The branch covers the following areas; Salford Quays, MediaCityUK, Exchange Quay, Ordsall Corridor, Old Trafford, Chapel Street, Middlewood Locks and Firswood.
Having moved 9 houses over the years, Reeds Rains (Salford Quays) has been the best lettings agents by far. They have been highly professional, easily contactable and efficient.
Special mention to Charlotte and Ian for helping with the house viewings and contract signing. Amber (property manager) is enthusiastic and of great help in sorting issues out promptly!

I can only recommend this agency as I had a couple of bad experiences in the past with other agencies. I’m happy with the service they provide, whenever they need to come for the inspection they’re really flexible and they also offer Saturday as an option. this is something that not all the agencies offer. Never had an issue with them and they always respond in a timely manner.

We had a great experience with Reeds Rains Salford Quays when buying our house. Laura Croft has been the agent responsible on our case and she has performed brilliantly, always updating us with latest developments and ensuring we are ok. Couldn't recommend them more!
Originally built by the Manchester Ship Canal Company, Salford Quays was originally part of the Manchester Docks and was opened by Queen Victoria herself in 1894. After their closure as a working dock in 1982, Salford Quays was redeveloped and rebranded. Dams have isolated the areas and improved the quality of the water.
