Our Salford Quays City Living office opened in 2010 is located on Anchorage Quay just off the waterfront at the Quays itself and is situated close to Media City, the Lowry Theatre and the Lowry Outlet Mall. Our services include residential sales, lettings, property management and mortgage advice from our partners Embrace Financial Services. The office is directly opposite Anchorage Metrolink station and a car park. The branch is managed by Greg Davies who first started with Reeds Rains in 2001.
The branch covers the following areas; Salford Quays, MediaCityUK, Exchange Quay, Ordsall Corridor, Old Trafford, Chapel Street, Middlewood Locks and Firswood.
Laura was very helpful from the first moment I made the offer on the property. She was extremely efficient through out the process, my solicitors weren’t the best and it was hard trying to get an update from them, however Laura would always get an an update for me by calling the vendors solicitors. She would keep me up to date of the progress and Kept me informed. When I collected the keys, there were some keys that were missing, Laura contacted the seller and has tried to help me sort it out. She even arranged for the lock to be changed on my postal box. Overall I’m very happy and impressed with the service she has provided, thank you so much, I really appreciate it.

Great service from Reed Rains. They handle the issues quickly. Hassle free process to get the apartment for rent. Amber is very helpful.

Dealt with Ian Jordan in the Salford Quays office. First enquiry to collecting keys took 1 week. Excellent service, very professional, very helpful at every stage. Continuous contact throughout to keep me abreast of developments, and Ian is a very nice bloke to boot. I have passed his card on to a colleague of mine who will soon be looking to move home. Thanks Ian!

Originally built by the Manchester Ship Canal Company, Salford Quays was originally part of the Manchester Docks and was opened by Queen Victoria herself in 1894. After their closure as a working dock in 1982, Salford Quays was redeveloped and rebranded. Dams have isolated the areas and improved the quality of the water.
