Really positive experience with Reeds Rains. They were well organised, always turned up on time for viewings, answered the phone promptly and provided clear, accurate information whenever I had questions. Kirsty, who I was dealing with throughout, was particularly helpful. She was knowledgeable, really friendly and always got back to me quickly. I really appreciated the excellent communication throughout what can be quite a stressful process. Kirsty made everything feel smooth and pleasant. Would definitely recommend!

I have been dealing with Reid Rains for 10 years. I would like to compliment one of their staff, Ian Jordan. Over the years he has secured some great tenants and is always quick to respond and help to my requests. I asked for some important paperwork today and he replied with exactly what I was looking for in a timely manner. It is great to have confidence and trust when dealing with my property. Please pass on my regards to Ian for all his help over the years.
