Alice and the others are all very friendly and efficient, and are fantastic to work with every time I need a new tenant. Thank you so much for all you do to help me Alice, Andrea and Maria!

We have been using Reeds Rains, Southsea for a number of years. We bought a rental flat from them eight years ago, with Dan organising a very smooth transaction. Dan is a top class negotiator and an asset to Reeds Rains who have been both letting and managing the flat for us the entire time. They are a very helpful and professional team. Our main contact is with Jacqui Edwards who is always there to sort out any problems, big or small, which may occur and we feel confident that both our tenant and we are being well looked after. I would only ever use Reeds Rains Southsea.

Reeds Rains outshine all other estate agents in Southsea, when it comes to letting a property. The team actually communicate with each other and work to get a resolution to problems incurred. Dan went above and beyond his brief, keeping us informed of progress with a recent new let. Jacqui has sorted maintenance issues, sourcing reliable contractors with our interest fore most. We really feel we can trust the team with every aspect of the let. Can’t recommend them enough!

Issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently, while in the same time I feel tenants are well respected too. I purchased a property from Reeds Rain, they were really proactive and responsive, Steve couldn’t do enough to help me! When my solicitors slowed things down, Steve was on the phone pushing things along so they were completed on time, he did more work for my house move than the solicitors! Regular check ins to discuss progress and went above and beyond when I wanted to show my family around the home I’d just put an offer on. Would look to use them/Steve again in the future if required

Both the sales and letting teams are really professional, honest, and give very helpful advice.
