From the very first viewing all the way through to getting the keys today, Lauren and Jasmine have worked impeccably to ensure we were kept informed and helped us out when dealing with some of the trickier aspects with my Grandma not having access to internet banking. Donna, Emily, Rebecca and the whole team at Reeds Rains Bamber Bridge have been absolutely immense. I sold my Mum's property in Hoghton through this branch a couple of years ago, and it was a seamless experience. I've just sold my property in Farington too. As I work away for much of the year, Donna and Team undertook all the viewings (there were many) and secured an above asking price offer within a very short period of time. Following the sale, their follow up has been excellent, communicating with my buyer and with Solicitors and guiding me through the whole process. I will be moving abroad in a couple of years and will rent out my new property, leaving that also under the care of Reeds Rains. The care and attention to their role has been second to none. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond, and I truly believe the sale would not have completed when it did without them. A massive shout-out to Emily, Rebecca and Donna – they were absolutely fantastic. Communication was excellent throughout, they kept pushing when things stalled, and they weren’t afraid to battle my solicitors to keep everything moving. Their determination and persistence paid off, and thanks to them I managed to complete before Christmas, which meant the world to me.
