From the initial meeting and valuation by Mark Hardiker, he showed us a clear plan, he gave us a fixed quote and he showed us he was genuinely passionate about selling our flat. Our flat sale was managed by Mairead Van Aswegan, who was brilliant. She was very efficient, was lovely to deal with from our side and I'm sure from the buyers side too.
