Only a positive experience with Reeds Rains from me. Mark inparticular, looked after me from start to finish. It's always a green flag when the estate agents is at the viewing on time. I'd been contacted within two days to say they were happy with me to go forward, the landlord also noted that the estate agent had given ME a good review to them, which no doubt sped up the process. I showed up to collect my keys half an hour before closing time on a Friday (I'm sorry), and Mark was still nothing but friendly and professional. I made a call a few days after moving in with a couple of requests, and Mark had them both sorted by the next day. I was contacted by a couple affiliate companies of theirs which wanted to upsell me 'all inclusive' bills at 4x the cost but if you ignore that like I did, absolutely banging experience all round.
