We have used various estate agents over the years and had a few standards of service. Ranging from run of the mill to absolute waste of time and money. However we have just started a new journey with Reed Rains Scarborough and what a great surprise it’s turning out to be. First contact was us walking off the street and talking to Jamie. She was very polite and very knowledgable. She didn’t rush us and delt with all our questions. So much so we made an appointment there and then to have a survey done by Dan the valuation manager. After turning up on time he showed true respect for us and the property. He talked to both me and my wife not just to me like others have done in the past. His knowledge of the area was immense which helps a lot in valuing the house. He was very discreet which is good as you don’t want your business known by others. Walking round the house he was totally honest in every aspect of the appraisal, no bulling things up and no inflated valuation just to get business. He was by far the best valuation person we have had. All in all we would heartily recommend all at Reed Rains Scarborough to all. Well done team, regards Paul and Jill.
