If you could give 10 stars then I would! Iâll be honest in saying I do not think I wouldâve chosen to go with this estate agents if it wasnât for Rachel. After seeing/meeting a total of 4 different estate agents, although they were lovely and promising the relationship I had with Rachel from the word go sold it to me. Not having someone who was pushy or demanding was the first positive, the second the fact we just got on like a house on fire and thirdly the fact she genuinely cared, she listened and gave us options. She knew what we wanted to achieve but she was also honest and realistic in what she thought we could achieve in the sale side of our house. Answering phone calls and texts out of her own working hours and always being available with advice and support whenever we needed it, even when she want âat workâ absolute gem! Moving is never easy but I feel it wouldâve been a whole lot harder if we had chosen anyone else other than reeds rains. They went above and beyond. Another special mention to Emily Huntley who again went above and beyond, listened to our many rants down the phone about solicitors and tried her absolute best to push through our whole process from house viewings right through to pushing through our exchange. (I will genuinely miss my weekly chats with Rachel and Emily đ
) At the end of the day everyone knows how stressful it is to sell and move house but Iâm so fortunate I chose the right estate agents for the smoothest process. Everyone especially rachel and Emily as mentioned above made everything so much easier! Both of them deserve a pay rise, too good for this industry in my opinion. Thank you so much for everything and although we have said we will NEVER move again haha if we ever came to I wouldn't even think twice about who to use! For me itâs a no brainer, reeds rain have the experience, the care, the support and genuine people working for them.
