Reeds Rains estate agents Selby branch is extremely well located in the town at the top of Finkle Street in the heart of Selby. The branch is directly in front of the market cross, which is ideally located for the bus and train station, and parking is available at various locations within a 2 minute walk which makes the office very accessible.
Selby is a market town in North Yorkshire and the branch is supported by a network of local Reeds Rains branches in York, Garforth, Pontefract, Castleford, and Goole. This support makes us an ideal choice for selling properties in Selby and the surrounding area. Our branch covers Selby and includes outlying villages from Escrick through to Whitley, and Church Fenton through to Snaith. We deal with all property types from flats to detached family homes, along with land and new homes.
We couldn’t be happier with the friendly , efficient and professional manner that selling my fathers property was handled! Lynda Sykes was there every step of the way and went above and beyond her professional undertaking. I highly recommend that you use this estate agent and ask for Lynda personally!

Excellent service from start to finish. I was impressed by the efficiency shown by Lynda on my very first visit and on all subsequent dealings with both her and her colleague Alison. A full asking price offer was made on the property before it was even officially on the market, and the sale went through a lot quicker than I had hoped for.
Selby is a small town a short drive away from the city of York, although they are also connected by frequent bus and train links. York is then served by a direct rail services to Kings Cross, London, and the Trans Pennine route to Manchester via Leeds. Selby, while being delightfully quiet and small, is still easily linked to the rest of the country. Selby has various restaurants and quaint tea rooms along with well-known shops and main street banks.
