Dealt with Tom and his team in our recent purchase. First time buyers with plenty of questions and concerns and Tom was fantastic throughout. Him and his team went above and beyond on several occasions for myself and my partner. Made to feel like no question was too stupid and no ask was too much. Also managed to get us in a few weeks before Christmas which was perfect for us and our young family. Highly recommend this branch, thanks Tom and team ! 🥂

I have dealt with Matthew the mortgage adviser in the branch who has recently arranged a mortgage for me. Fantastic level of service, very knowledgeable and very prompt in his dealings between myself and the mortgage lender. I thoroughly recommend speaking to Matthew about your mortgage requirements before looking anywhere else!

Fantastic service, professionalism and diligence from start to finish throughout the whole selling process. Customer centric, routinely go the extra mile and always with a sincere smile. Would highly recommend the lovely RR Team without hesitation to look after your sale/purchase. The solicitor they also recommended we use, Mackenzie Jones, were equally outstanding. Thank you ! :-)
Rhyl has always been known as a popular seaside resort and for years we've seen people enjoying their holidays in the town and making the most of the beach and promenade facilities. The town has recently been granted funding for a new shopping centre and food outlet's towards the west end of the promenade providing more jobs which in turn will see the housing market go from strength to strength with the influx of new people entering the town.
