I have been a landlord for a few years in many different areas. Having a portfolio means I have trust 100% in who I decide to go with. I approached Reeds Rains with some properties and asked for their thoughts and advise. Every question was welcomed and answered. I also have to deal mostly through email and I was never kept waiting for a reply! Reeds Rains do seem to cost more than some agents in the area but for their approach, knowledge and their team I couldn’t think of anywhere with better value for money. I want to thank Joe, Amy and the rest in the office. 5 stars!!

Dealt with Tom and his team in our recent purchase. First time buyers with plenty of questions and concerns and Tom was fantastic throughout. Him and his team went above and beyond on several occasions for myself and my partner. Made to feel like no question was too stupid and no ask was too much. Also managed to get us in a few weeks before Christmas which was perfect for us and our young family. Highly recommend this branch, thanks Tom and team ! 🥂

I first contacted Reeds Rains with regard to letting my property having been made aware that extensive refurbishment would be required before this could be achieved. Joe Pardoe, their Lettings Manager, was able to provide excellent advice in this respect and the various contractors he recommended to carry out the works were all first class. Joe himself went to great lengths to assist (far beyond the call of duty) which was greatly appreciated as I do not live near the property concerned. Joe's efficiency throughout has been second to none.
Rhyl has always been known as a popular seaside resort and for years we've seen people enjoying their holidays in the town and making the most of the beach and promenade facilities. The town has recently been granted funding for a new shopping centre and food outlet's towards the west end of the promenade providing more jobs which in turn will see the housing market go from strength to strength with the influx of new people entering the town.
