I popped into the store a few weekends back to enquire about a house I’d recently seen online, Erin and Leah were absolutely outstanding. Their knowledge, friendliness, and genuine willingness to help made the whole experience effortless. They took the time to answer every question clearly, offered helpful insights, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. It’s rare to meet a sales team who are both incredibly professional and genuinely warm, but Erin and Leah delivered exactly that. Highly recommended. 10/10

I'd contacted many estate agents in the nearby area, with the Rhyl branch team proving to be fantastic during every step of my journey, after inheriting a property, having it privately rented out for a couple of years, to eventually selling it. Basically if you need a reliable team, I'd recommend this branch.
