I never thought that I would have reason to write a glowing review for a letting agent (because in this brutal market securing a great rental is as easy as finding the Holy Grail!) but that is exactly what I am very happy to do because the team at Reeds Rains, Ormeau Road were fantastic. HUGE THANKS TO NAOIMH AND OLIVIA! From the minute we saw the 'to let' board my partner and I knew we had found the perfect house. We visited the Reeds Rains office and Naoimh arranged a viewing the same day, Olivia turned up bang on time, gave us all the time we needed to properly view the house and answered all our questions. We applied to rent the house on the same day and Reeds Rains arranged for us to meet the landlady without delay and then immediately started the tenancy checking process. As we had been living abroad for several years and didn't have a lot of the paperwork the tenancy checking company wanted to see we had to do a fair bit for legwork providing additional info and a guarantor. And to make things more challenging we needed to move fast because the end of our short term let was fast approaching. It could have been highly stressful but Naoimh couldn't have done more to get everything done quickly. She chased things up and keep us informed of progress pretty much every day. When our move date got close and we had to return to England to collect all our belongings from storage she even stored our suitcases in the Reeds Rains office for the week we were away. There is NOTHING the Reeds Rains team could have done to have made our property search and move easier or less stressful. 10/10 and a big gold star! If Carlsberg made letting agents!
