We recently sold our home with Reeds Rains and had a really positive experience with and we’d particularly like to thank Martin and Fiona for all their help and support throughout the process. They were both professional, friendly and patient and always gave us honest, helpful advice. Our sale unfortunately fell through at the last minute, which was incredibly stressful and disappointing, but Martin and Fiona continued to help us without ever making us feel pressured, and their patience and reassurance really helped us through what could have been a very difficult time. We’re very grateful for all their hard work in helping us finally get the sale completed. We would have no hesitation in recommending Martin, Fiona and the Reeds Rains team to anyone looking to sell their home.

I’m extremely happy with the service I received. Having dealt with several different letting agencies while looking for a home, the difference was immediately noticeable. Rosaleen was exceptionally professional, responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. She always called back, explained everything clearly, patiently communicated our requests and made the whole process feel straightforward and well managed. I felt I could trust her from the very beginning. This was particularly valuable to us as foreigners renting a home in the UK for the first time, so the whole process was completely new to us. We really appreciated Rosaleen’s patience, guidance and willingness to explain everything along the way. Thanks to her help, we are now happily settled into our new home and couldn’t be more pleased. A genuinely excellent experience and a level of professionalism that really stood out compared with other agencies we dealt with. Highly recommended!
