As soon as I walked in the door to Reeds Rains and spoke to Lisa about the house we wanted she was amazing from start to finish and I just knew we were in safe hands! She is so lovely, friendly, reassuring and easy to talk to. As first-time buyers, we had so many questions, but Lisa was always there getting back to us straight away on any questions we had to help and explain everything clearly. She made what could of been a really stressful process feel exciting instead, and we always felt like she genuinely cared. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her support throughout meant so much to us. We’re absolutely delighted with our new home and so grateful for all of Lisa’s hard work and patience with us. We had rented out a property with Reed Raines for 14 years so it was our obvious choice when we went to sell it. Martin Armstrong valued the property and put it onto the open market for sale. Martin kept us informed every step of the way with updates on every viewing. The house was under offer within a week well over the asking price and contracts have been exchanged.
